Many years ago, I looked at the prices asked for a squonker so I bought a metal box about the correct size to hold a lipo battery/18650 x 2/etc. Over the years I've owned it I have drilled both sides, rebuilt the present "switch" at least 30 times (as it's also DIY, made from a few tiny pieces of copper wires & some thin plywood epoxied inside the box, a lump of packaging foam acts as the spring, all held together with "unbranded duck tape" which loses its stick from bathing in vape juice) It's had so many rebuilds the only original item is the metal box. Over the years I've had to replace the battery many times & changed supplier several times due to changes in law that prevented overseas suppliers providing that particular battery/ies, eventually sourcing desposable vapes & recycling their batteries. Due to several instances of these batteries bursting into flames whilst on charge, I'm now discarding them as soon as I notice a change in them. The atomisers have eventually melted their plastic parts due to "pocket" activations(I ride a motorcycle as my only form of mobility)& now Fastech is no more I'm only able to source new atomisers in the UK thus I've attempted to fix these melted parts(recently purchased Hot Air Gun = bloody hot hairdrier :D:D )for future attempts at fixing all these melted atomisers. Simply being reasonably competent using a few hand tools has enabled me to continue vaping for probably 15 years, I also DIY my juices so costs are as low as can be, I am old, decrepit & grumpy as hell with no nicotine so being able to know that I can always have a vape means I'm content.:D:D:D:D:D

I would like to have the balls and knowledge of how to knock a mod up. I keep thinking about a 3d printer and start making a few mods. But like I say I haven't got the balls to try it. Keep on vaping bro.
