A couple of apes have not received the clone and some are struggling with the best build
I have had the genuine since January and have basically tried every kind of coil and wick in it and this in my personal opinion is the most reliable way to wick without getting any leaks or dry hits
The clone may have slight differences so you may have to play a little
I have found that the best coil for me is a 0.30 and 0.32 twisted coil wrapped round a blue screwdriver coming in at around 0.77 ohms
I use a muji pad cutting a regular strip off, then take off the outer (skin) of the muji
Thread the muji through the coil making it tightish but make sure it can be moved back and forward easily - leave the ends long
Pop the slotted section over the top make sure not to trap any cotton when pressing it in place
Pull the cotton legs down and line up the base either cotton on the large vertical slots
Adjust the slots where necessary to make sure no awkward angles and the cotton goes through pretty straight
Trim the cotton just very slightly past the knurled ring of the base - a couple of mm
Next up is the juice control over the top and slide round until you have two equal size gaps in the vertical slots - one each side
While holding the juice control in place use tweezers or similar to fluff up the ends of the cotton, then I blow gently on them to open up all the fibres as wide as possible back to the coil
Gently use your bottle or dropper to soak the fluffed up cotton and put the top cap on
Once the top cap is tightened on, carefully using tweezers manipulate the cotton so that it covers the entire air hole from top to bottom with no gaps
Make sure that the cotton does not protrude past the knurling or it will foul and come out when tightening, try and get it in nice and tight like the pic - any gaps will leak
