The cartridges are disposable but we use environmental-friendly materials most of the parts are biodegradable.

I couldn't have put it better myself. The UK is so far behind the rest of the world . I think it's ignorance rather than anything else. The Gov is happy enough to allow alcohol and fags (for now) so it makes no sense at all.
