I've been vaping flavourless for some time on an 80:20 mix, and want to try 100% organic VG to see if I can get rid of the sore throat I often seem to get (possible PG reaction).

Does it matter where I source it from? Is 100% organic VG still 100% organic VG irrespective of whether it's designed for bath oils or vaping?

e.g.:

Naissance Organic Vegetable Glycerine (#806) 250ml - Certified Organic 100% Pure & Natural, Premium EP/BP/USP Pharmaceutical & Food Grade, Vegan, No GMO, Natural Humectant, Fragrance Free

from Amazon

Well no. Providing you use a reputable source. There's medical VG, this can be bought from Boots for £2 for 200ml, It's slightly sweeter than established vape VG, but otherwise identical. And there's Vape VG which any of the trusted vendors will supply you.
I've used both. But my 95% VG was with the boots option. If you're using stock coils, you may need to try a few options. Not all will allow pure VG to wick fast enough. If you're building, just rake out your tails a bit more.

If you have trouble with wicking the 100% VG you could always try Aqueous VG.
This is VG with pharma grade DI in it.
As water is thinner than even PG, if you get hold of some Aueous VG with 20% DI in it, it will have approx the viscosity of 70vg 30pg.

Link below to a site selling it below, bit pricier, but that is the first supplier in a google search for it.

Thanks chaps.

Does make me wonder what's in the 100% organic stuff then, if it can't be vaped...
