On the bottle it says green sound biotech, some generic chinese stuff i think
My friend who got me into vaping quit (he said he wanted to come full circle on to nothing or something...) and gave me his juices, i dont personally like tobacco or menthol juices so i kept the cherry, apple, orange... the fruity ones. tbh from the fruity ones i have had the flavours arent too bad, like you defo know what its meant to be and the nic levels seem right, so maybe it could be used as a tobacco base if you wanted to experiment
