18650 battery question

Hi, I’ve just bought an Innoken Proton Plex & can’t get it to switch on. I’m trying to use some Efest 18650’s with 10a max continuous discharge & 20a max pulse discharge.
When I try and switch the proton on, the screen appears for a second then goes off. Could this just be a case of needing batteries with say 20a mcd & 35a mpd?

That's a 235w kit. 10 amp Efest batteries are not suitable. It seems your mod is telling you this by not even letting you use them which, I must say, is very nice to see.

I would suggest going to www.fogstar.co.uk and buying either; Samsung 30Q or 25R. Alternatively, Sony VTC6. Check the discount section for discount code.

Obvious questions but
1, are they fully charged
2, batteries inserted correctly

Not familiar with that mod but try connecting to a usb.

As stated those batteries should be changed for Samsung 30Q's or 25R's

I agree with Mitz

I used to use Efest but had a couple fail on me and since using Fogstar batteries I have had no issues at all.
