Hi all,

Wondering if anybody has any spare 18650s they could sell me on the cheap?

Also, I'm after a new clearo that looks pretty and performs well on a vamo v5!

Cheers

I think you'd be better off with a couple of 18350s stacked in a Vamo. I'm sure I've read/heard it performs better that way (and mine doesn't work at all with my 18650s for some reason) also you could run it in shorty (still quite big but smaller than full) mode.

Maybe the 18650 isn't for the Vamo in which case my point is moot.

I'm open to suggestions on the subject as it's new to me! I will probably end up buying some from somewhere but just wanted to see if anyone had any going spare that they wanted rid of :-p

I will look into stacking 18350s, thank you for that :-)

Keeping them in pairs is best too for stacking. Buying second hand on a budget is okay but they don't last forever (they say about 500 charges but who knows - a good charger and they might but over charging/discharging and it could well be much less). Buy cheap mods and attys if you're so inclined but pay the ££s for batteries I think is good advice.

All the very best and happy vaping

James :)

This is what I've said to my missus, I'm staying clear of any battery with fire in the name haha I'm probably gunna end up with some AW IMRs or some efest purples as these seem to be a popular choice

For sure. Cheaper but still grand are the red efests and sibeile. eBay has some bargains but stick to known sellers with high ratings and numbers. The intillicharger (i2 or i4) is a solid buy for the money too if you're looking for a charger. :)

I saw the red efest a but wasn't sure as I'm completely new to buying batteries!

I have somebody on the forum very kindly sending me a battery charger which is absolutely amazing!
