30/70 Juice - which coil?

Hey, apologies for the newbie question...
I really like the 30/70 flavour that i have purchased. I use a Artery Pal 2 and am looking at getting the pro version. It comes with 2 coils the 0.6 Ohm mesh HP coil or the 1.0 Ohm HP coil. Which one is better to use for the 30/70 juice?

Can you clarify if the juice is 30% Vegetable Glycerin or 30% Propylene Glycol, as some manufacturers express their ratios in different ways?

But basically, if it's 30VG use the 1.0 ohm coil and if it's 30PG use the 0.6 ohm coil.

oooh i didn't realise that! Thought they were all the same! lol

Its 30%PG so i'll use the 0.06 ohm mesh coil then i guess.
