A few questions about flavours

Hi guys

Im very new to mixing and have around 24 concentrates, this week I've mixed up 5 x 3ml of 10% ry4 in each and 8% of the following flavours in each:
KH Caramel
TPA Toffee
FW Butterscotch
TPA Coconut
TPA Caramel

Now my first question is after steeping if i think i want to try and add another flavour or more of the same what would the problems be adding the extra flavours to 3ml i.e percentage wise and recreation



And my second question is, i have the following flavours which i understand that people use to make their mixes more smooth, creamy ect and don't use as a single flavour so what do these flavours add to mixes:

Whipped cream
Grahams
AP
French vanilla
Marshmallow
Dulche D L
Brown sugar
Bavarian cream
EM - i know em is a sweetener

no problem - just means the nic % goes down (assuming you are using nic?) and the PG % goes up.

So if i don't mind the nic going down it wont matter and the pg going down wont make any difference to the flavour even when it comes to mixing a big bottle of new found flavours?

the pg goes up, not down - cos concentrates are generally pg based

the only prob is if you hit a nice flavour it's a bugger to work out the percentages ;-)

but that don't really matter - just have a mess about...

Just make sure you note down what you add to a mix.
It will drive you crazy if you make a really nice juice, and cannot remember what you added lol.

I stick paper stickers on my experimental mix bottles, and if i add anything i will write it on the label.

My recommendation would be to do 1ml mixes with no nic to get your basic flavour profile, You can then Scale up, replace part of your PG/VG with nic and fine tune. You tend to need a little less steeping to with no nic so things go faster...

That said - I dont mix much these days, too lazy. Just the occaisional 100% VG + Flavouring for cloud blowing...
