Hi people, hope you are OK.

Now, my first rebuildable tank I bought was the SMOK RSBT 2, which was great!

For 3 days, untill the glass broke, and I found out it was standard glass, not pyrex or heat resistant so no wonder it broke. I did not order a replacement as I knew it would just happen again, so it has been in retirement for about 4-5 months.

I ordered a tank called a GT-T from fastech (Not a bad tank at all, for my fiancee it is fine for quitting smoking, I drilled mine out for more airflow though) and with this order, 5 extra replacements for it.

Well, they only bloody fit the SMOK! So now it is out of retirement, and working brilliantly! It is a modified orchid style tank, so has the same wicking as the orchid, but without its difficult wicking issues.

It is a purple colour glass I ordered, so it actally looks rather good, as the RSBT2 just has two vertical windows each side, so it is mainly silver, with a hint of dark purplle.

So, anyone that owns one of these, and has had the tank smash repeatedly, the pyrex/glass tubes for the Taifun GT-T fit it perfectly.

Also, I need a new tank. I have been recommended the billow lots of times. Is it easy to wick, as it is also a modified orchid style tank? If so, on saturday I will order one, as my monthly vape purchase is not for another 3 weeks, although I have two mechs on the way, a tugboat styled clone with RDA that cost a fiver brand new, and a beautiful completely copper 'angel' mod, with engraving on the mod and fire button, and is not a hybrid top cap, like the tugboat is.

Thanks everyone.

Ok, I have found the SMOK RSBT2 to work great with TC. Its not as finnicky with wicking, so does not leak when wicked correctly (A lot more room for error than the original orchid) and wicked first time.

No leaks, TC working great at 190C, it does work at 150C but I preferred it warmer.

Fantastic tank with the correct glass, this is an older tank, and was the reason I was wary of buying the Xcube 2, but I do not regret it now, as the cube is great, and so is the tank with the correct type of glass.

I will be ordering a billow for the collection as thats been highly recommended, which is also modified orchid style, but have been told it is the easiest to wick tank out of peoples collections, and it was as easy to wick as my lemo V2 in all honesty.

Just so happy it works, and actually works very well with a dual 2MM 0.15 TI build.

If the billow is an improvement, I can not wait till saturday to order the billow lol :)
