Advice needed about aspire genuine/fake coils?!?

There are some good venders on e bay just need to know the right one get my evo coils from e bay plus a couple of mods ie e leaf aster, sigelie mini book all genuine .
I agree with you the problem being it's a minefield finding out who's selling the genuine and who's are fake. So that's why i say not to use ebay, it could cost you more in the long run if a buyer kept trying different vendors when you can just use a trusted vendor and get things right from the start

yip I have used TJ's...no problems tablites is another but more expensive at the mo....its just about keeping an eye out for deals/sales/codes n stuff...:)

Cheers pal. Much appreciated. It seemed hard to find those coils, hope they've not been discontinued but should be well stocked for a while now anyway.

This experience has shown me why that makes sense now. Is there any way to find out if my aspire batteries are fake? The double pack came in a white outer box and the code checked out fine. The single one came from the same seller I got my mod from and came in the same aspire single box. Seem to be all working ok so long as they don't blow up in my face at some point in the future :sleepy:

Sopose you could buy them from aspire's uk website? Usual price for pack of 5, free postage...sure there a few discount codes floating about aswell.
Only time iv ever bought anything off ebay are car parts, other than that.....avoid like the plague.

Thanks DrDJ. Think you linked me to this in another thread I started a few days ago about eliquids. It's good to have a list to refer too when I'm stocking up. I can honestly say I'm enjoying vaping more than smoking now. Still get the odd fag craving but I can happily vape for a while then all gone again, fraction of the price and no more wheezing either!!!

Thought I'd better post a pic one of the batteries I bought so someone could make me aware if anything looks wrong?

The batteries all came with the pictured manual and cellophane wrapping in the box. All looks ok to me and the code checks out. All charge ok but sometimes get a tad warm during. One seller sold 1 battery for 7.95 another was 11.99 for 2. Srangely both advertised as 20A/40A but surely it's one or the other as the included leaflet says 20A only at normal temps.

All the outer boxes are the exact same 3d type aspire design. I'm inclined not too worry but will defo go to a recommended vape supplier in future. Can't really send them back as I've no need to assume they're fake at the mo.

@GhostRider17 .The Aspire battery i can't offer any help but if they work well so far i doubt there will be anything wrong or to worry about not sure if you are sticking with Aspire batteries as your using an aspire mod, if so there is no need the samsung and LG batteries are of similar stats but available cheaper. Best to buy 20amp cdr don't think oh 3500mah 10 amps as they won't be powerful enough
Next time you need batteries, save yourself some money and go to one of these vendors linked below, The Samsung 25r are about the same as the aspire batteries both ampage and mah.
The samsung 30Q gives more runtime but slightly less amps i rub samsung 30q's in a couple of my dna 166w mods and they are fine being dual battery even at 100 watts. LG HG2 is similar to 30Q, sadly the LG He4 is no longer available anywhere it was about the same as the aspire battery
Both sites have money off codes available and 18650uk offer free shipping to boot. Both vendors are excellent and both named Ben.

That's been really helpful info, thanks loads for taking the trouble. Yes I went for aspire batteries as it's an aspire mod but it's only because I'm just starting with the vaping and wasn't sure what battery to go for as they don't sell them included with the mods. Thanks again, really appreciate all the help and advice people have been giving me on here. One thing I can say about smoking is it was simpler :18:,total rip off though.

You are more than welcome to the advice mate, glad it was useful I wasn't sure how long you had been vaping but guessed you where fairly new so wanted to help save money for you, we all payout more than neccesary at first.
Smoking was simpler i suppose but at least now you don't throw so much of your cash away as ashes and used filter tips, you have vapegear to show for the money, ok juice money will go up in vapour but the trade off healthwise is worth it.

So after the battery help heres a couple of sites to help you save money all respected vendors from China but check out the prices, if you browse and like and want any help or have any questions just ask, you will be shaking your head when you see how cheap some of the stuff is, oh and if it says genuine it will be, if it's a copy it will say style, ie cleito style, Good luck
