I looking to buy my first squonk I'm looking for some kind of kit with atty and I would like to be regulated, any suggestions?

The VT Inbox is great. However the RDA that comes in the kit is fairly average. You would be better buying the VT Inbox mod on it's own with a Pulse 22 or Digiflavor Drop RDA.
The Geekvape Gbox is great too if you don't mind it being big. It takes two 18650s so lasts for ages. Again the RDA in the kit is not amazing and you would be better buying one of the ones I mentioned separately.

The RSQ would be a good alternative to the Inbox V3. It's pocket friendly, hits well and (in my opinion) a great looking mod.

I would always look to buy a regulated mod rather than a full kit as there are usually much better RDA's out there than the ones included.

Plus it's always nice to make your own matchy, matchy

That's not a regulated mod which is what you were asking for in your OP .
Unless you know what you are doing and understand ohms law, stay away from that king of mod.

Edit. . My bad, there's two types. I just looked at the mech mod but there is a regulated model. Don't know anything about it though
