I placed an order a couple of days ago, received no order confirmation but the money has left my account. When I try to call it rings once and goes straight to an engaged tone.

I would hold off on ordering anything from this new company despite the shiny website.

These juices are probably too cheap to be true. Let my mistake be your lesson.

£3.50 for standard RoyalMail carriage too, I paid £1.50 for a vamo/nautilus kit and it arrived the next day.

schlinky if the order was placed a couple of days ago what are you saying? Have you checked email is not in spam etc? Did you get order confirmation from paypal? Or pay by card? Couple of days seems a bit soon to be saying a company is bogus... royal mail can take far longer for delivery than that and that was assuming order was shipped same day which isn't necessarily the case either... since they have a presence on here have you tried PM'ing them for comment etc... postage prices vary from company to company and can be over what you expect or think is fair but you choose whether or not it is when you place the order noone forces you to... ok if order doesn't arrive in a reasonable space of time and no explanation, apology and refund are forthcoming then vent away and warn people. .. but seriously order not arrived in 2 days and you slate an entire company?

I ordered Monday morning, still nothing as yet. I'm sure it will be here in a day or two. I didn't get an order confirmation off them either, got a PayPal receipt though. It's such a great offer there probably run off there feet, so maybe it's taking longer then expected to process. I not panicking just yet. If it's not here by Friday latest Monday I'll get my pitch fork ready to join you

lol, no pitchforks. Just a heads up about an unknown company and their business practices. I'll keep you posted too

Needless to say this was indeed resolved. Perhaps I'm overly cautious of unknown companies. Sending order confirmations and emails in english will help

Order received and it's a good juice, thumbs up.

(delivery costs could come down a little to be fair)
