I no I'm new here but felt I'd put my thoughts down about this company. I decided several months ago that I needed to get off the ciggies and contacted Lee at Alba about my options,he took time out on Facebook to chat to me and answer all my questions and help me work out which would be the best starter kit for me,unfortunately I lost my job and couldn't proceed with an order. Roll forward to mid May this year,I managed to get enough together for a starter kit and some juice but the previously recommended kit was no longer for sale,once again Lee was happy to offer advise and make sure I had the right bits,an Ego Twist and clearomisers which came in at under my budget and arrived quickly.
I wont detail it all but we had a few problems over the next couple of weeks that Lee sorted quickly for me and none of which were Alba's fault,but Lee remained professional and I got a level of customer service which I consider to be above and beyond that which was expected.
All in all a first class company,customer service and delivery first rate and I will continue to order as much as I can through them.
