This review is for a product that has either been purchased by myself or sent to me free of charge by the vendor named below for the purpose of review and the opinion expressed here is my own and not necessarily that of Planet Of The Vapes.

Almond Sensation (Hangsen)
Nicotine MG - 18
Mix PG / VG - 80 / 20
Device used - Immortalizer dripper & Iclear 30 on a Gus & Vamo
Flavour - Not having tried Hangsen for a couple of years I was quite intrigued to see how they’ve evolved with their juice and although I was never really a fan of Chinese juice, I did always prefer Hangsen over the chemically tasting Dekang. Almond Sensation was my choice and as the name suggests it tastes of Almond although the ‘Sensation’ part of the name is purely aesthetic as this juice is Almond – pure and simple - no menthol, mint or any of that nonsense. It’s not an ‘in yer face’ Almond but a subtle (yet strong enough) flavour that I could quite easily vape all day. I am quite a fan of ‘nutty’ juice and this one leaves you with a nice nutty aftertaste that lingers on the pallet for quite some time. I played around with the watts etc’ and the juice was pretty consistent at most levels, so as far as flavour goes it’s advertised as Almond and that is exactly what you get so if you want a no fuss juice that does what it says, then this is it. I’ve got to be honest I was pleasantly surprised with this and could quite easily vape it all day.
Throat Hit - Now this does have a high PG content and although it was in my usual 18mg, the hit off this was much more than I’d thought as I normally vape a 50 / 50 mix so I’d maybe suggest a lower nic level to the norm as this does hit pretty hard and once again was better than I had expected.
Vapour - Considering the low VG level I didn’t expect much vapour but there was ample and more than I had expected. Not a juice for cloud chasers but easily enough to satisfy and another easy thumbs up.
So the juice came from a nicely laid out website – it came with a child proof bottle, shrink wrapped, had a made on / expiry date and also a nice syringe type top which makes filling your tank very easy and is a nice addition. All in all, this surpassed my expectations in every way and to be honest I can’t really think of any way to improve it, so if you like Almond then this is an easy recommendation to make.
