There are loads of sellers on ebay who supply VG and PG at decent prices, although you won't (or shouldn't) be able to get Nic Base from there, although there are plenty of UK based sellers with Nic, should be about £10-£20 per 100ml depending on the Nic concentrate.

I would have recommended 28 Vapes Later as a one-stop shop, but they are closed down currently. Alternatives would be the Alchemists Cupboard, Cupcake World (for flavours) etc.

Nanny bakes kitchen is a cake & food flavouring store, not s vaping one, so they don't do the other stuff, but their flavours are far superior to any ejuice flavours I've used (all pg based). I agree on ebay for food or pharma grade vg & pg. I got my last supplies at around £4 per litre of each inc postage. My last nic was £111 for a litre of 72mg from piratesvape. The marketplace here is a good place to source nic.

Cupcake World is a cake supplies shop rather than a vaping shop, but their flavours are strong, mostly suitable for vaping (it says so in the description) and best of all, dirt cheap.
28.5ml of flavouring is less than £3, 100ml is around £7. I can't fault them at all.
