I have some FA yoghurt concentrate but haven't really used it yet. Any tips/suggestions/opinions?

Watching this thread because I don't have any yoghurt concentrates yet, but really fancy making something.

To see this from a food point of view: yogurt tastes amazing but it's a bit acidic. I would add non acidic fruit like banana or some cereals.

That's an interesting one:

Yogurt, cereal and nana [emoji3]

You could try

10% yog
5% fruits of the forest

both F.A.
Not mine but have been recommended this mix for yoghurt.

i currently have one steeping. First try, looked around at various yogurt recipes and came up with this based on what I've got in my stash:

CAP creamy yogurt 5%
CAP sweet cream 3%
CAP vanilla custard V2 1%
CAP sweet strawberry 5%
INA strawberry 3%
INA sweetner/maltol stuff 0.5%

I have no idea if it will work but at the moment after 3 days steeping it smells lush! can definitely smell the yogurt.

The best yogurt I have tried is Flavorah Greek Yogurt.
Really creamy with a bit of a sour note at the tail end.
Mix at 5% with any fruit, nut or vanilla for a great fresh creamy taste.
My favourite mix is
FLV Greek Yogurt 5%
INW Raspberry 0.5%
CAP Harvest Berry 2%
Leave to steep at least 2 weeks for the full taste to shine.

after 9 days steeping i decided to give it a try.... its nice! Well chuffed. strawberry is perfect, yogurt is lovely and creamy just needs a bit more umph. might try adding some FW greek yogurt i have to see if it helps. otherwise though its lovley.

also got the fa yoghurt recently but not used it yet, bought it after seeing a post on fb from everthing liquid which said about using yoghurt at small percentages to add creaminess
without the sweetness of cream.
my plan though at the moment is to try it in a milkshake with vanilla bean ice cream and banana or strawberry, playing round with a doughnut mix at mo though but may come up with
something at the weekend :)
