Apple cinnamon danish

So here's a recipe I've been working on.. it's still a work in progress, I was shooting for an apple cinnamon danish pastry with a nice creamy undertone..

The apple and cinnamon part of the recipe is perfect, but I'm struggling with getting the cream to come out a bit more

Also considering .25 acetyl pyrazine to bring out the pastry a bit more

Any notes or thoughts would be much appreciated

I tried something like this a while ago, just simple using FA fuji apple, zepolla and cinnamon. I can’t even remember the ratios now. Didn’t like it, these kind of dessert vapes are too flamboyant for me.

This is my first ever recipe.... Maybe I should've started with something a bit simpler haha

I've never tried zepolla, might pick it up next time I order concentrates

Try bavarian cream.
You are over complicating your recipe.

And make sure you are steeping it for at least a month before you try it due to it being a pudding.
