So here's a recipe I've been working on.. it's still a work in progress, I was shooting for an apple cinnamon danish pastry with a nice creamy undertone..
The apple and cinnamon part of the recipe is perfect, but I'm struggling with getting the cream to come out a bit more
Also considering .25 acetyl pyrazine to bring out the pastry a bit more
Any notes or thoughts would be much appreciated
