Argus G2 Software Update?

Has anyone with an Argus G2 managed to connect it up to the voopoo software? It seems like you should be able to from their site, their app even looks like it has customisations for it, but i've tried 4 different cables, including 3 which definitely support data, and the one which came with it, and no luck whatsoever?

I've had similar problem with my daughter's VooPoo mod... even the cable I am using on my DNA devices did not worked. Only the genuine one from the mod's box...

Luckily I’ve not ran into any issues with mine being temperamental, but I’ve got the cable out of the box and it works with my Drag X2 from them, just not this one. It might be the mod itself to be fair, just not supported by the software. I tried different usb ports, the cable both ways round, different cables, the lot

Hello everyone...
I managed to get in contact with Voopoo and they confirmed that the Argus G2 does NOT support PC connection to Update the Firmware nor can it be configured by the App.
