The new forum rules are anyone interested in something should state their intentions in the thread then PM. so others don't waste their time and it saves the seller getting tons of emails after which wastes time replying to everyone. You have done that so i guess you should be in luck unless someones broke the rule.
It's been listed for a month so maybe the seller isn't expecting to sell it or may have forgot.
