Looking to get a new tank and not sure which is best. I like the look of the Aspire BDC CE5 Clearomiser but think it has a poly tank, which could suffer from certain liquids. The AnyVape Davide BDC ASPIRE Tank has a glass tank and gets a good review over on Vapercaper.

The Aspire Heads seem to be very good which is why I'm looking at these two tanks, but will bow to experience of more seasoned vapours

Cheers

I have both, the Davide is obviously better, glass tank, more capacity. Both excellent, absolutely no leaks.

If you can stretch your budget then the Nautilus beats them both because it has airflow control and they do 1.6ohm heads for it.

A lot depends on your power supply, if you are using eGo or evod style batteries I would go for the CE5, the other two are very big clearomisers.

I'd agree with this, but the Nautilus heads aren't better because they are 1.6ohms. You could argue that because the Nautilus uses it's own bespoke heads that you're then locked into always buying those whereas the standard Aspire heads will fit into a lot of clearomisers and so are widely available and cheaper as a result.

The Nautilus is better as it has airflow control. If you're using a regulated VV or VW battery then the resistance doesn't make much difference. It's also a much larger tank and looks.. er.. "distinctive"

If you're going to use your tank on an eGo sized battery get the CE5 style clearo as the larger tanks on smaller batteries are very top heavy. If you are going to use a mech then the 1.6ohm coils are much more relevant. If you're using the tank on top of an MVP or SVD or VW larger device then I'd go with the Davide.

Other tanks that might be worth looking at are the Kanger AeroTank that uses dual coils and also has airflow control. I think the aspire dual coil design is better than Kangers as they have an X setup whereas Kangers coils are stacked and this restricts airflow, but that's a minor point really.

You can also get a cheap and cheerful airflow controller for about £3 that will work with any 510 threaded tank and give you a reasonable airflow control setting as well.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to stick with the EGO type battery for now. So the CE5 style clearo sounds the best choice, will just have to check up on Tank busting liquids lol

Received my Aspire BDC CE5 Clearomiser from VaperCaper - it vapes like a good un with the Aspire Head..........now just need to read up on mixing my own liquids
