I don't know how easy it would be to rebuild (they are not designed that way), but where there's a will there's a way I suspect...

Now there's a thought, I'm a huge fan of these heads, and tbh haven't bothered to attempt to rebuild , too much faffing about for me. ( dual coil, res / no res, insulated legs, tiny space)
I've generally been swapping them out after about a weeks use, due to the coils getting gunked up .( the draw feels tight when this happens).
Normally on an evod type head I would just dry burn, but as there is filler with the aspire heads you can't .The coils still are fully functional, -just feel like they need a good clean.
Does a sonic cleaner, help with gunked up coils on other heads? If they do, think its time to invest in one....

The coils for it are on order, but I don't know when they're due...

Someone (an experienced vaper) just got back to me today, who's noticed 3 design improvements of the new atomiser over the original aspire BDC coil system -

1 - Atomiser screws into the base (as normal) - but ALSO screws into the airpipe, completely leakproof - plus open top (of atomiser) means any gurgling juice will run back onto the circular wick around edge of atty and soak back in

2 - airflow through the side of the very bottom of the new atty, and through the side of the base - MEANS that 510 thread is completely sealed - no chance of drips onto the battery

3 - airflow through side means the tank can be completely flush with any mod and still be used without blocking off air
