Atomiser using nicolite battery?

Sorry if this is a frequent question. I did a search but didn't find anything. If there is already a thread then feel free to redirect me.

I bought nicolite starter pack. I like the experience but the cartomisers run out too quickly. So two questions:

1. Can I just buy liquid and refill the nicolite cartomisers?
2. Can I buy an atomiser and use it with the nicolite battery? I have read that there is a standard thread to screw in.

as far as I can ascertain, nicolite rechargeable batteries use the 510 thread, so you can fit other stuff to the top of them (hooray!)

yes, you can drip liquid into the cartomisers...remove the rubber piece and you'll see some wadding...this needs wetting with eliquid...around 10-15 drops should do it. Dont put it down the centre tube, just let it drip down the sides to wet the wadding...takes a bit of patience.

after about 2 or 3 uses, it'll not work so good anymore though, and WILL need replacing. Even in this part of the vaping world, its a service item that gets replaced.

Nicolites use a 510 thread so any other cartomizer listed as having a 510 thread should work.

With regards to refills, this should be possible. It will depend if you can get the white end-cap off of the cartos. Do be aware though that you might not be able to shake off the old flavour if refilling with a new one. You might be better off getting empty cartos and filling them with whatever juice takes your fancy.

Thanks. I have 5 cartomisers so refilling them twice each should last me a couple of weeks. Hopefully by then I will know if I want to continue and I will look to upgrade, keeping the Nicolite battery as a spare. Already looking at the Vision EGo clearomisers.

Probably will stick to tobacco flavour or maybe aniseed for now.

It's also worth noting, that the nicolite battery uses "puff to activate" and no button, so make sure if you use a different atty/carto that the air holes are at the connector so you can activate the battery.

mexicaneagle, get yourself a cheap ego-type kit fella. It's not going to cost you a fat lot more if you're looking at clearos anyway, and it'll mean not spending half your life charging your nicolite batteries every 10 minutes!

totally one billion% agree with this statement. last year I attempted the nicoshytes but I spent so much on the carts that it was cheaper to smoke so went back to smoking lol I'm into my second week of using my ego and I love it. and I really did not think I would make it this far.

I still use a carto on a lookalike for a cherry menthol hit, at least 6wks on n off and it's still going strong with nice flavour. It was a menthol carto to begin with but after 1-2 refills the cherry game through nice n clean. I have a dozen or so used cartos(a mix of tobacco and menthol ones) and I'll continue refilling these until my lookalike batts quit for good, when that happens I'll prob get another dripper or somethin and just use that for mints/menthols.
