I am going to make the above mixture can someone tell me how long to steep this or can it be instant vaped?

My understanding is creams/custards need at least 2 weeks steep before they start to come through properly and mix

Aye, at least 2 weeks for everything to blend and mature. A good shoogle every other day helps and leaving in a warm cupboard is good.
And for the worst of the banana to dissipate!

But, by all means give it a toot or two after a day or so to test out.

I have made quite a lot of custards and someone advised to speed steed them on my radiator then put them in a cold dark cupboard.

Can someone advise how long to leave them on the radiator and should the cupboard be dark and cold?

I wouldn't leave them on a very warm radiator for too long as the heat can degrade the nicotine.
My custards get left in a warm ( for Edinburgh in winter and Spring anyways!) drawer and left for several weeks with occasional shoogling.
Giving the bottles a couple of goes thro' an Ultrasonic cleaner seemed to reduce maturing by about a week the time I tried it.
But I am relatively patient for my custards, the ones I made 2 weeks ago won't be touched until June.

A useful wee bit of kit. Not only does it clean up your atties and mech switches, it can help mature a juice. It creates wee bubbles in the juice for an aeration effect and warms it slightly too.
Maplin have some good ones along with ebay and the other online retail tax dodging giant.
And the noise winds up the cat!!
