OK so last week i decided to create my own banana butterscotch, lots of banana no butterscotch :(
ok so my rundown is:
9% VapeEscape Ripe Banana
9% Fart Butterscotch
1% Sweetener
1% EM

When i did the mix, i did notice the banana was very strong, i think next time i am going to have to do about 12% butterscotch and 6% banana.
I think it is sweet enough just very little taste of butterscotch, in fact probably more of a background note.
It has been mixed as per Lordy's method and steeped a week, i thought the butterscotch might have come through and the banana mellowed a bit.

I tend to use 50/50 of each, for some time with 28vapes flavours - don't use anything else in it, though

I am now using Fantasy Fudge concentrates and I think I've made one BB at similar ratios. Also had a go at a Banana Custard, but I think I might struggle to make my own custard flavour from basic flavour concentrates (rather than a pre-mixed custard flavour)

funny enough I just got FF Banana and Butterscotch to make this very mix haha

Thanks for the response Fleabag, i have 2 banana concentrates, ripe banana and banana split, think i might use the banana split next time as it doesn't smell as strong.
I am liking the sound of FF as well, be interesting to see wht the other flavours are like in your collection.

KMS you might need to go a lot stronger on the butterscotch to get a good balance, or it could be that the Fart butterscotch is not as strong as other makes?

I've done an unsteeped review of each one already - there's about 28-30 of them

I think ripe banana is a very different animal to the regular kind (the fact that this cracks tanks and the others don't seems to back it up) - I tend to sniff-test first blends, just to get an idea of overall balance. Once made up, I'll often do a quick test straight away - if there's an obvious imbalance, I might add a little more of something there & then, but then as I work through the bottle after steeping, I'll be forming an opinion on what needs changing in the next mix

I have only tried it with my yada so no fear of cracking thank the gods!
i might add a little more butterscotch and then try again tomorrow :)

I'm a big fan of CCW banana, sometimes I've found that if I add a too high % in the mix it seems to become muted ?
