I have an xtar vc2 charger. I use a single battery mod.

I have two different make, capacity and chemistry 18650 batteries in the mode. I usually rotate them use one and charge the other.

I want to know can I charge both batteries at the same time in my xtar vc2 charger.

Bare in mind the batteries are different make, chemistry and capacity lithium ion batteries.

How are they different chemistry when both are lithium Ion? Be easy to understand if you let us know what batteries you're actually talking about ie Samsung 25R or 30Q, Sony etc

One is Avatar ICR li-ion 3.6v 2100 30A

The other is Avatar AVS 18650 3000mAh 3.6V 30A

As in different chemesties as in ICR , IMR, INR e.t.c.

This question is better addressed to xtar, "it's fine for me" (or equivalent) isn't really the most ideal basis to work from.

The product description would suggest it should be fine(works for me), but hey if you're uncertain, ask them directly.

They should be fine. You've charged them separately so the charger recognises them. The capacity/mAh makes no difference, the charger just fills them until it senses they are fully charged. Both battery are rewraps anyway, the second one I think is a Sony VTC4. I do know that neither are 30A rated though.
