Battery life and charging

Afternoon apes,

Something that Raguri mentioned in a post yesterday about using the 'low' setting on a nitecore charger.

Will using the 'low' setting extend the life of my batteries when charging them? I'm trying to keep my VTC5's alive for as long as possible.
Yes, I have plenty other 650's to use, but for the odd foray into very sub-ohm I'm happier with the 5's in the Nemi.

You sure it was me? XD.... If so, I must have been tired as I can't remember.
But yes, slow charging will extend life.
