Batterys for nemesis?

Just placed my order for my Hcigar nemesis. And now i have to get battery's to accommodate it. Sub ohms i have been told to get sony 18650 vtc4, but my only problem with that is i cant find a website that has them in stock. Are these the battery's i should go for?
Also which 18350 battery's should i get? And where can i get them?
Should they be protected or un protected?

Is it flat top or button top i use in the nemesis or does it even matter?

nem is fine with either, I use vtc4 flats and efest button tops.
