Does anybody know of a beer flavour concentrate or additive to give a yeasty taste. I need it as a finishing touch to a recipe I'm playing with.
Any help at all would be great.

A lot are using FlavourArt Joy for this. Some get the Beer froth taste from it. I do when tasting out the bottle. But not when used at 0.5%. I get a sweet cake from it.

Other than that then they do a Beer concentrate, but you'll have to get it from Italy. FA UK doesnt stock it.

I got some similar advice crom HIC on vaping underground. I ordered a bottle of joy and used it at 3% in my recipe. At first it was a bit overpowering but after a few days it's calmed down.
I'm goin to experiment a bit with it and see.
