Was everything tightened up? Maybe the airflow pin was slightly out of could have been a twisted oring.

What caused it? From video reviews they say you need lots if wick to dam the juice ports, otherwise the deck will flood and come out those air intakes you've shown.

yea everything was tight. been using and filling it for few weeks without a problem, now if i fill it juice pours straight out the 2 air holes? i'll try filling it slower.

Read my above post incase you missed it as we posted at the same time. Probly not enough wick to dam the juice ports.

I've had this happen a couple of times especially when I rewick I think I have saturated the cotton too much before filling so now I just put a small amount of juice on the cotton and let it soak up by itself. Definitely need to fill up slowly!

If using a 2.5mm wick I was told you can add bits of cotton from your cut off's, I'm guessing either side to help dam it up.

Never had a v3, but seem to recall the Berserker mini being a PITA. Had to start screwing the top cap on then flip it upside down to screw on completely, otherwise screwing the cap on would push the juice down causing the deck to flood and the airflow hole to piss juice.

yea, i always filled the v1 from bottom but the new ones different, top comes off to fill. i put a good 2-3 cm of cotton overhang and tucked it in the juice wells and it's holding at the mo.
