Best MTL tank for Innokin Coolfire ULTRA?

Hi all

Very new to vaping and have spent two days now trying to take in as much as I can. I am learning the basics and decided I wanted to get a mod that would allow me to start weening off the cigarettes but also be more flexible further down the road so I picked up the Coolfire ULTRA. However this just came with a direct to lung tank (isub ve) so I am looking to get the best tank for MTL vaping.

I have researched a ton of MTL tanks but still unsure which would be compatible with the Coolfire Ultra specifically. Im not up to speed on thread sizes and compatibility yet so any advice would be most welcome.

On a side note I never thought this would be such a hugely daunting endeavour but I am looking forward to learning a lot from you all as I dive into this incredible new world of vaping.

I’d recommend the Innokin Zenith, very reliable easy to use tank. There’s a 24 and 22mm diameter version they’ll both fit your mod though the 24 may overhang slightly (depending on width of your mod. Thank you. I was about to pull the trigger on that one when researching them but read a lot of reviews saying changing coil was a pain and leaking issues?

Can I just confirm then that pretty much all tanks are interchangeable with standard sizing across the board?

Almost all use a 510 connector and are interchangeable. Coil changing couldn’t be easier and none have mine have ever leaked.

If you like the zenith go for it! I’ve not used it but it’s definately one of the most liked. Loads of people get leaks in all kinds of atomisers for all different reasons. The good thing about sites like this is there will always be someone to help you and see to fixing your problem. In most cases it’s user error and lack of practice.

Hi there and welcome @Wonderer . Have you tried the DTL tank yet? Just asking as I couldn't quit on MTL even though that's what I primarily use now.

Thank you all for your replies, have just gone for the Zenith so look forward to receiving that. @John R , no not tried the isub tank yet .Too scared lol. Dtl sounds terrifying to me right now!

Yep, definitely. That's why I opted for the mod as although I want to keep the experience as close to smoking right now it would be good to try going over to the "other" side at some point!
