Hi,

I currently have the Eleaf Istick 50w which has been fine but i'm looking for something new. For various reasons i am looking for a mod that meets the below:

Holds at least two 18650 batteries
Can be recharged by plugging the device in with cable (without the need for separate battery charger)
Allows me to remove the batteries for when they eventually degrade
Costs around £100
Goes up to at least 50w

I don't mind how it looks as this will be my indoor vape. Battery life, decent quality and future proofing (removable batteries) are my main goals.

I've been looking at Google/YouTube but can't seem to find my perfect mod. Can anyone recommend one?

Thank You,
Kevin.

I'll second the rx200 I like so much I've got 2. Great device I've hardly touch my other mods since getting the rx. Works great all round and a awesome price, I'd also say check out zapwrapz who do some nice wraps to spice up from the norm.

Yep, RX200 will give you the most bang for your buck, 200w, TC, USB rechargeable, 3 Removable 18650's (not included - but some places have deals inc batteries) and can be bought for £35 to £50 depending on how long you're prepared to wait etc...

Why the need for USB charging may I ask? The reason being is that I've recently purchased the Sigelei 100w + [which doesn't have the ability to charge via USB] but with 2 sets of batteries [2 x 2] I'm never in the position of running out of power. With the right charger you can leave a set in overnight and unless you are chain vaping fully charged batteries will last you a couple of days.

You'll massively limit your options should the USB feature be an absolute - in my opinion of course.

Great question @graykev, these are pretty much my requirements for my next box mod as well, so will be keeping an eye on it to see what the community recommends. @harry_kovert, I can't speak for OP's reasons, but for me, while not essencial, usb charging would be welcomed only to soften the impact on the vape budget. As in, if it's the first mod you'd be buying with replaceable batteries (like me), having the option to charge via usb would allow me to enjoy a great mod for a month or so before buying a good quality charger the next month.

OK, everyone seems to be recommending the reuleaux rx200. At first glance it looks perfect and the fact it hold 3 batteries is excellent. The more power, the longer they will last between charges i assume?

Just finished a 100ml batch of juice and build a fresh coil in my subtank so now I'm in the mood for buying myself some early Christmas presents tonight and i reckon this will be part of it. Just need to watch a few YouTube reviews from my trusted channels (RIP Trippers & SuckMyMod).

Thanks for everyone's advice. I really appreciate it.

It's simply for convenience. To save me removing them and charging them separately. This way i can just charge the unit overnight and pick it up in the morning to vape straight away. If it didn't exist it's no show stopper but my ideal mod would allow usb charging.

Just remember to cycle your batteries so they spend equal time in each bay.
