Can my clearomizer tip be used as a cartomizer tip?

Can this clearomizer tip be used as a drip tip or just a tip for this cartomizer? Sorry for using links.

No, sorry, the carto is meant to be used as is...

as Tubby said... that clear tip is designed just for that. Youll need a 510 driptip for the cartomiser
