Can you recommend a RTA with these specs?

With the new regulations potentially looming I am looking for hardware easy to maintain and future proof.

RTA all stainless metal including tank
No glass at all, not even a window
No funny gaskets like on the Lemos, just plain simple O Rings (easy to source anywhere)
Must be as good with 1 coil, having room for 2 could be nice too
Reasonably priced
Impeccable records for being leak proof
Refilling method unimportant, sorry for blatantly disregarding article 20!

Rose isn't that hard to wick. Heron is a nice looking easy to build mtl tank. Kfv4 isn't as complicated to strip down as it looks and is quite forgiving

Thanks for all the pointers, I ordered the V4 from Gearbest to give the design a go...I should hopefully make it here at some point!

I am hoping it will be ok with coils from 0.5 to 1.2 or a bit higher.
