Whats the difference between a Ce4 v3 and a Ce5 ? I keep looking at different posts etc n confusing the hell outa myself lol..

A CE5 is a Ce4 V3. CE4 had wicks, v3 replaceable with ss mesh so dubbed ce5

Was looking at a web site that had Ce4 v3 and Ce5, both have wicks. The CE4 single wick and the CE5 multiple wicks. Their CE6 was wickless.. lol Have I answered my own question lol... Everytime I think I've got it the nxt thing I read confuses the hell outa me again...

I've got ce4 V3s and ce5s, the replacement ce4 V3 coil heads work perfectly on my ce5s. All i can think is the wicks must be slightly different but visually they look the same or it may depend on vendor? Im sure someone will know the reason.

Correct the ce4 v3 is a ce5, like you say it just depends on what the vendor chooses to call them, can be very confusing

chiming in with 2c here


try being a vendor...and ordering these things...from china...throw in some less-than-knowledgeable foreign commission-driven online sales staff, and add a bit of language barrier

sprinkle with blurry photos of the products...bear in mind that even then, some order packer may well stick in what they think is the thing into the box...which doesnt match the photo..

spend £2000 to reach MOQ and lets see what actually arrives via DHL:-)

this part of the industry I actually think is a mess. Frustrating for us, for the customers. And it doesnt help when you try order replacement heads either...customers are confused, dont know what to buy. *sigh*
