Rm claim something like 91% next day for 1st class but only consider a 1st items as delayed if it hasn't arrived by 8 days.

It's a crap shoot to be honest. The 9% they don't like to talk about can be a week or more. Our record is 31 days for 1st class recorded.

However looking at Monday's orders that contain cotton bacon I see no going to Scotland. Do you have an order number I can check?
