Chocolate Mint recipes

Ok so before I go out and buy a load of cack flavourings which don't give me what I am looking for....does anyone have any GOOD chocolate mint recipes please

ChefsVapour shared a recipe for mint viscount biscuits which I'm going to try soon:

Capella Dutch Choc Mint 9%
Capella sugar Cookie 10%
Capella Graham Cracker 5%
Capella Double Choc 2%
TPA sweetener 1%*
3 drops of DV peppermint per 10ml of finished mix

I know it's not exactly what you were asking for but it's likely to be good.

You could also play about with those ingredients to get a straight chocolate mint.

Cheers Stu. Yeah not quite what I was after as am after more of an After Eight mint choc... tbh though it's not for me anyway as I don't like chocolate mint so I may give this one a go and see how it tastes.

seriously though, rogers chocmint is the only one ive tried that i actually like.....and that includes all the "big boys" that make it to....
