So, Totally Wicked presented their oral case in their challenge to article 20 of the Tobacco Products Directive yesterday and it appears that the first indication of the result will be available on December 17th, when the Advocate General opinion is due to be given.
For details, see Dave's article here : https://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/...-courts-of-justice-of-the-european-union.html
If the challenge turns out to be successful, it should be cause for celebration and a merry Christmas, but if the challenge doesn't succeed, there are a few things that vapers might want to add to their wish list in their letters to santa :
Nicotine base (if you use higher than 20mg/ml strength liquid).
A soldering iron.
A book on introductory electronics.
A web browser bookmark for Stealthvape.co.uk : Mod Parts
A few rebuildable atomisers/tanks (especially if you like to use tanks/atties with a biger volume than 2ml).
Here's hoping we get a nice early Christmas bonus rather than a puritanical, cancelled Christmas.
Fingers crossed.
