Christmas Juice Challenge.

Hey,
The idea is to make a juice using your own, never before mixed recipe, this month. Then steep it until Christmas. Make it, seal it and don't even sniff it until Christmas day and then report back on how it turned out.
I have chosen to make a custard. I've used custard a lot in tobacco mixes but never made a standalone custard. As such it stands little chance of being any good but here it is: 100mls @70VG & 6mg.

FA Custard Cream: 7%
FA Maple Syrup: 1.5%
FA Caramel: 1.5%
FA Cookie: 2%
FA Almond: 2%
FA Fresh Cream: 3%
Vanillin: 1%
Ethyl Maltol: 1%

What do you think? Any hope of it being pleasant at all?

That looks like a good recipe to me, the sort of thing I'd go for. Could do with a bit more vanillin, unless you've intentionally kept it low.

I found a recipe for Cosmic Fog Milk and Honey that really got me thinking. Oddly, it contains custard, peanut butter, marshmallow and Graham Cracker and while I have no idea how it compares to the real stuff it's bloody lovely, so I've been thinking about combining unusual flavours to come up with something original.

Selling giving away or even swapping juice is against forum rules buddy, you never know what nasties you would get or how clean the instruments/ingredients used.
Good idea mate as id like something like that myself but unfortunately its not worth the risk.
You could always just post you recipe up on here of the recipe mega thread and we could mix it for ourselves. [emoji41]

Wonder if an Advocat juice is easy to do?, just seen egg nog from Capella, interesting....

Pop in your local boots chemist and they'll sell you the empty brown bottles with chid proof tops m8

I use these amber glass bottles for nicotine storage but thought I'd use one for this juice as it's having quite a long steep. They offer a variety of caps.

Duly noted re the vanillin, thanks. I had read that it should be used up to 2% and just plucked 1% out of my ass as I did the entire recipe. So, can I count on you joining the challenge with your original recipe?
