Cinnamon custard recipe

I had some shop bought cinnamon roll left and a bit of vanilla custard that I used mixed to fill my subtank and it tasted so good. Just wondered if anyone had a good recipe for a cinnamon custard? Thanks in advance!

Or get a good splash of Capella Custard, a blurt of cinnamon danish and some Ethyl Maltose for extra sweetness.

Thanks very much I'll give this a go, I use Capella v1 custard to make a basic custard base so I guess I'll just get the extra bits and add to it [emoji106]

Plain cinnamon can be a bit hit or miss, but the cinnamon danish is not too bad at all. And it goes well with custard. Or Bavarian Cream..

I'm from the Keef Floyd cooking school - some of that, splash of that and hey presto - so no exact ratios/amounts are available I'm afraid.

I made this about a month ago, it's basically Grant's vanilla with cinnamon roll, tonight it has really hit the spot
