I bought a few items at a very reasonable price, including some Boge cartmoisers and a tank. Unfortunately I couldn't get the ninja ego base working. I emailed and Phil came back quickly multiple times to help try solve the issue. Unfortunately it still didn't work so he sent another, no quibbles, no need to send the faulty one back.
Great customer service, the range is not massive but the prices are good, items were delivered quickly. Highly recommended. And I didn't even mention that I received a nice little bonus gift with my order too.

It's these types of experience that makes me want to write a post on the blog vicarvape.wordpress.com about the good online retailers that deserve some credit (and also the ones that don't live up to promises to be avoided). To be fair most of my experiences have been good. A review of UK online vape vendors will up up within a week.
