I've bought the following item out of my own pocket and anything i say is my opinion blah blah fookin' blahhh and nothing to do with POTV.

Now that shit's out of the way, lets get on with it.



Noticed they stocked HangSen RY-2 concentrate which i've been eager to try but hard to find, also they stocked it in 50ml bottles, Bonus!!

Ordered yesterday and bottle turned up today, lovely and fast, most other vendors i'm waiting 2 days before shit is even dispatched.

Bottle is absolutely brimmed, couldn't get more in there if you tried, looks like the bottle overflowed slightly when they were filling it, that's how much more extra they were trying to give me


Over all i'm very pleased, Cloud 9 have gone the extra mile and will be added to my preferred vendors list, i wish other vendors offered 'extra mile' service such as this, but alas, most don't.

For a long time I thought cloud 9 was a joke because of how expensive it was.

But recently I needed to buy a certain type of battery and they were the only place that sold them. My order arrived the next day, they had put the batteries in the box I also ordered and I had no worries about whether they were authentic.

I am converted and I'm sorry I doubted you, cloud 9.

Never had issues but they do sell expensive gear.

I wouldn't be happy that they spilled the concentrate on to the label really. May seem petty, but it just looks lazy on their behalf.
