Amazed at what you get for your money with this one!
Nice hand size, slightly smaller than a VaporShark rDNA, pretty much exactly the same size as the iStick. Great bit of kit :)

I think we have turned a corner now in some of the value for money devices now . This time last year we would probs be paying double the money for some of these devices . At this moment I seem to want to buy everything that appears I thought I was bad last year but my head is defo spinning this year. I can see a divorce on the cards for 2015 if this mad addiction does not cure itself , hey maybe that's a new career path for me to open a rehab , for the addiction of shiny things . LOL

Who am I kidding , I don't think I will ever be able to cure myself. HELP is there anyone out there :51:

My interest was piqued by this device, particularly because of the price and that it looks and would feel more familiar to me as an rDNA user than an iStick.
The lack of a floating 510 pin is the major miss here, especially as one of their selling points is that you don't need a screwdriver to open the battery cover - more convenient.
Sorry, but I'm far more likely to be changing an atty than swapping out a battery so I have to carry around the screwdriver anyway! Numpties!!
I'll wager it's cheaper to fit with magnets rather than a more solid and secure screw and just maybe there's money in replacing lost covers. It does however make it look neater and cleaner, I'll give it that.

There's not much detail here on why the Vaporshark is better ... only that it is, of course, more expensive.

It is great to see these devices at a low price point, pretty soon we'll be flooded with options. Already the Eleaf iStick 50W is on the horizon ... 4400 mah, floating 510 pin, fires down to 0.2ohm and delivers more power than an rDNA40. That blows this Cloupor out of the water.

Good review and for the money I have to agree, an amazing little beast!. I will also add that I have found the ohms to be spot on.. in fact more accurate than my mates original DNA30. My only minor gripe is the 510 location.. if it had been moved over just 3-4mm then you would get no overhang with attys but then that just gives them something to work on for V2. TBH I have been holding out as I do want to get a dna40 box mod but when this breaks that's the chip it will be getting... along with maybe changing the 510. I like it so much, with regards to usage and form,I have a second on its way when get FT stock.

Hey Scrumpox, the centre pin is a bit of a pain but not the end of the world. To be fair, on most of my tanks they fit quite nicely with the pin full down but some (like the naturevape mini) just need a raise of half a millimetre.
The VaporShark is basically better on all of the negative points I mentioned. Sprung centre pin, nice buttons, instant power from cold, quick turn on. Is it £100 better? Probably not TBH mate but it depends on your priorities.

TBH I can't see the 50w istick being anywhere near the size of this mod just due to the size of it's batteries..that one will be competing with the IPV etc. As for the DNA40 that's a completely different beast again as that uses temp control so power is not the priority as it will never go above the temp set. I have to agree though... 2015 Is looking interesting
