nice review and yeah I loved mine as long as it lasted - in fact until today - so roughly a month ...

I was dry firing my twisted messes with a stapled clapton coil - seems like the middle pin transfers heat pretty good - so the rubber insulator of the 510 inside the 521 seemed to let go - already contacted Coil Master about it as it seems like a design fault ... have a look for yourself - cant be that the pin is only kept in its position by this rubber insulator ...

unfortunately their response was extremely poor - full quote of their response email except advertising footer:

well I have contacted the reseller who I kept in the loop that I am not really satisfied with their response especially as their response doesnt address the possibly design flaw - another thing I have noticed they claim the following:

I dont see any spring here as the 510 is kept in place with a rubber seal that seems to let go a bit - I would simply call this incorrect statement and I believe "item not as described" laws would apply here - note that the manual says you are not allowed to take it apart ...

anyway - the reseller has responded already that he will let me know how he will sort it out and has been very responsive on this - so I will see what happens and keep this updated - cant say anything about how the direct experience would look like but I am simply guessing - is it within the 30 days - refund after sending it back to China ?! if not - bad luck?? one reason why I prefer dealing with local resellers though it might be less cost efficient ...

just to complete the previous notes - Dom @ Vapour.co.uk handled it to my satisfaction - after an initial remediation attempt he did send me a brand new one ... thumbs up!
