Hey ive been vaping for 6 months now and been smoke free all the time. Started off with kanger and now moved on to aspire which are giving me better tastes, is there a better coil out there as i don't feel as if I'm getting the full taste, i keep my unit clean and have tried adjusting the wattage but i still feel as if I'm lacking top taste, also just brought a itaste mvp and is awesome would recommend these.

A lot will depend on what ohm coils your using!!! If it's a 2.5 or a 2.2 try getting a lower one like a 1.6 for instance!!!

I have found that after hitting 2.0 Ohms you get a nice vape but lose some of the taste, i would suggest something lower like 1.8 or 1.6, taste can also depend on juice mix (I find 50/50 has a better taste than 70/30 pg/vg)

Its like the ministry of disinformation in here at times, 70/30 juice gives MORE flavour than 50/50 as PG takes care of throat hit and flavour. And as for stock head coils 1.6 1.8 2.0, use whatever you like with the MVP just crank the wattage up for the same results. If you want better flavour try a rebuildable atomiser, or if not up for that yet then possible an Aspire Nautilus would be a solid buy (if of course thats not the tank you currently have) hope this helps
