Combining Inawera & Capella flavours & equalising the percentages of strength

Need help please. I'll try to be brief:

I want to make a simple Apple, Raspberry and Cool Mint mix.

The apple and raspberry are Inawera so I want:

IW Apple @ 3%
IW Raspberry at 1%
Capella Cool Mint at what percent? Target equivalent of Inawera 1%.

Capella is what, usually 10 to 20% strength single flavour? Maybe an assumed average of say 15%?

How to I translate 15% Capella strength into 3% Inawera strength equivalent?

The calculation is no doubt simple, but it eludes me!

I'm working with 'Ejuice Me Up' and I just wanna chuck in the percentages

So you want 1/3 of stand alone strength? if 15% is stand alone then 5% would be 1/3

I'm slightly drunk but isn't 15% / 3 = 5%

I would probably start at 5% anyway and add more if needed :

hmmmm ok so 5% capella is equal to 1% inawera in other words. ta!

I have just read a review of capella sweet tangerine which is good at 8% so my 15% average might be skewed but screw it I'll have to start somewhere.....5% it is.
