Compact Mod with built in battery suggestions ?

Currently using an Aspire (?) 3000mah battery of some sort (Seen below - under the cover ) and for work with the small'ish size, ease of charging anywhere on the go - ive loved it (them) ** I've had two batteries on rotation; and they are both starting to show their age.....

What now ? Found this on ebay:

The eleaf ipowers are excellent mods , I have three of them. great battery life , and not too big to fit 8n a trouser pocket
Eleaf mods are quite widely counterfeited so I would buy from a reputable seller

The Innokin Kroma-Z + the separate 510 adapter is worth considering since it's pretty lightweight at just under 100g.

3000mAh internal battery but It only goes up to 40w.

Price varies wildly between £30 to £40, depending on which website you use.
