Maybe a silly question but your thoughts experience on cooking flavours be used (rum, lemon, vanilla etc) and what about essences like almond? Also what decongestants like Karvol?

Cooking flavours can be used if they are water based, not oil but they are so weak it is a false economy. The flavours sold by vaping stores are all approved food grade flavours and have the safest (as far as we know) ingredients for inhalation. As for karvol, without seeing the ingridients I'd still say that is a big no no. Even if it is just water and flavour it will have sweetners of some kind. If you want to go down that sort of route then you can pick up menthol crystals very cheaply from your local high street chemist shop and these are fine to use to make menthol juice to your own strength requirements. So to sum it up- vape safe and stick with well respected vaping suppliers :)

Big Fat Huge NO! on the Karvol, or Olbas Oil or anything like that. Seriuosly nonononononononononononononononononono, it would be extremely dangerous for you, besides anything else it may contain it is oil based which can lead to a condition known as popcorn lung (Google it) which you do not want. Equally, be wary of using food flavourings that contain oil, for the same reasons.

There's a company who makes pg based flavours but I've never seen them connected to ecigs, rayners or something. Their flavours should work.
Capella is a food and drink flavour company. You've just got to get ones with the right stuff in and the wrong stuff out
