Oh that is pants! I know a few people that have it atm.
Make sure you look after yourselves. Drink plenty (not alcohol haha) rest plenty, don't push it, it won't help. Your body is busy fighting it so rest, ive had long covid for just over a year and trust me REST is important. Take cold n flu or paracetamol to help any symptoms. Eat little and often.
