Craving Vapor are a family run and owned business operating out of Austin, Texas and are the leading manufacturer of vape devices in the US. The V1, V2 and V2.1 has sold close to 100,000 units.
The V3.0 is soon to be released and I have been lucky enough to be testing the beta version of this device on behalf of Craving Vapor for the past 4 weeks.

Custom battery sled made from high strength Ultem, an injection molded heat and chemical resistant thermoplastic with solid brass battery contacts.
Custom 30A DC to DC converter (HEX T/30c) that packs a punch. Range 0.1Ohm to 3Ohm. Recommended resistance 0.2Ohms.
Custom 510 that protrudes just enough to prevent atty rash. Takes all my RDA's and tanks including hybrid atomizers with a long + pin.
Clicky Mitec fire button and master on/off switch inside the device, to prevent aoutofiring in your pocket or bag.
Potentiometer is on the same side as the fire switch. LAZER engraved HexOhm logo and serial number.
Lifetime unlimited warranty that covers everything apart from cosmetic damage. Warranty is with Craving Vapor, not the retailer and the serial number is the warranty, not the person so the device can change hands without loosing the warranty.
Reverse polarity protection, low Voltage protection, low resistance protection.
From the time I first unpacked my V3.0 HexOhm I was awestruck. The device feels solid in the hand but is comfortable to hold. Intuitive, adjust to taste device that certainly packs a punch. The battery door is slotted to assist opening and is easy to swap out batteries. The master on/off switch is also on the battery sled which is clearly marked and is a good improvement on the V2.1. The device will fire any atomizer as long as it is within the specified range. Device will cut out when the batteries reach 3V each or 6V combined voltage, to prevent over discharge. Craving Vapor honour their lifetime warranty as long as the device has not been modified in any way. Even if the fault is down to human error CV will fix it free of charge. You only have to pay for shipping it to them; they pay the return postage. I have had a few different devices from CV. The V2 and the 2.1 and they are all fantastic products but the power and aesthetics of the V3.1 surpass its predecessors by a long mile. A great looking, functioning, high end device from a family owned and run company who stand by all their products.
